We keep our classes small – a maximum of 12 on mat so you’re guaranteed to get personal attention, even in a group environment.
As specialist physiotherapists and Pilates Instructors, we have a passion for helping people and giving them the tools to help themselves.
The focus of our classes is on exercising to be kind to your body and keep it well. In the classes, we will work on movement, control and strengthening, as well as flexibility.
This is a safe space for you to build confidence in your body, without focusing on how it looks or talking about weight loss or dieting.
Our classes are suitable for everyone.
Joining our membership, you will have access to a supportive community through Facebook & WhatsApp groups, as well as monthly events.
We will also be available for support should you need it.
Should you have any concerns about starting to exercise, please discuss with your healthcare provider first. You must disclose any medical conditions & medications to us so that we can ensure the classes are safe.
This individual attention makes our Pilates classes suitable for everyone – including clients with chronic back pain, pregnant women and older clients.

Nutritional Therapy is an evidence-based approach to maximising YOUR health through individually formulated nutritional and lifestyle changes.
It promotes the benefits of good, wholesome, unprocessed foods for optimal well-being, as well as the therapeutic effects of particular foods for specific health conditions. Nutritional Therapy treats the body as a whole while seeking the root source of health concerns, rather than simply treating the symptoms
Was diagnosed with prostatisis bout year and a half ago,my consultant recommended physio and pilates as a way to help with the discomfort....could not find anyone who specialised in pelvic floor excercises until I found Eimear she knew exactly how I was suffering and gave me a programme of exercises which helped me beyond anything before I had done.....between diet help which she helped with also and the exercises have been pain free for a couple of weeks.
Could not recommend this clinic enough from the minute I met Eimear she was able to tell me exactly how and why I was having the pain, she talked me through every thing she was doing and why she was doing it....because I needed special help with a pelvic disorder to have someone who specialises in that treatment was a life changer. Eimear is very professional in her approach and a very genuine person who actually cares if you get better. She's not about "get your money, get a programme, out the door, gone"....would highly reccomend her to family and friends if you want someone who will take the time to get you feeling better.
